If your camera or lens is not included in the supported cameras list, you can submit a support request using the form below.

We calibrate the camera using the sample images you provide, and notify you by email once support is complete.

Sample image requirements

To create a calibration, we need sample images that meet the following conditions.

• Pairs of infrared and visible images (3 pairs recommended) *On some models, the visible image is embedded in the infrared image file.
• If possible, images captured at multiple shooting distances (near to far)
• Do not use the camera's zoom function (keep it at 1x)

How it works

1. Submit your camera information and sample images via the request form
2. We create and verify a calibration based on your sample images
3. Once complete, support for your camera is included in the next update release
4. A completion notice is sent to the email address you registered
